The Pilanesberg national game reserve is made up of 50 000 hectares of rugged landscape, well watered valleys and attractive dwelling sites, the park went through the largest and most expensive game stocking and land rehabilitation project ever undertaken in any AFRICAN game reserve between 1979 and 1993. It is now home to the BIG 5 and thousands of other indigenous animals and forna and flora, and allows all visitors to be blown away by the beauty that is South Africa.
